According to the website of Bank of Comm, application for Internet Banking service must accompany a savings account!?
Do I need to open a savings account first in order to make the bill payment??? Does anyone have such experience?
according to our own exp, sole credit card holder can apply internet banking service. might contact CS for more details.
we had an internet banking account before we terminated our credit card.
